Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, we may require:

After review and approval, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international supplier network, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Orders that are no longer wanted after shipment
Returns may only be accepted if a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item ordered.
Any approved return request must be authorized by our support team before the item is sent back.
Refund Eligibility
